Leadership Conference
[link removed] [[link removed]] This year, we hosted our largest conference ever, with over 360 attendees coming together to learn, strategize, and build community. These gatherings are where future victories are born—through shared knowledge, collaboration, and a collective vision for change.
Capacity Building
We’ve invested nearly $385,000 directly into our state partners, supporting critical programs like HIV advocacy, Wellness & Healing Justice, and leadership training. This funding helps local leaders take bold, transformative action in their communities. [link removed] [[link removed]]
Organizational Development
[link removed] [[link removed]] Through ongoing cohorts led by Equality Federation, we equip the staff of state partners with the tools and trainings they need to grow their fundraising, legislative advocacy, and public health work. These connections strengthen the movement as a whole.
Dedicated Time
Our team provided over 1,200 hours of tailored one-on-one coaching to state partners this year alone. From legislative strategy to organizational development, this support ensures they have what they need to succeed. [link removed] [[link removed]]
