The Maryland legislature will gavel in for the 447th legislative session in less than a month.

In exactly 28 days, we must stop all fundraising efforts until the spring. That puts us at a significant disadvantage when we can’t fundraise for ¼ of the year, so we need to raise the resources we need today.

Wes and I are excited to roll up our sleeves and get work done – but this also means we have less than a month to fundraise the resources we’ll need through April.

I won’t lie – it’s a tight deadline to raise the funds we need to hold us over for the freeze, but time and time again, I’ve seen this team deliver.
