Throughout the course of this year-end fundraising campaign—including
last week's Giving Tuesday celebration—our community donated in support
of Race Forward's mission to advance equity and justice in our
institutions and our culture. Every single donor is so important because
that shows us our work is having an impact. Through the generosity of
funders and donors, we have contributed to grassroots organizing groups
working to advance racial justice, elevate the leadership of young
people, and center the voices of people in their communities.

Our donors play an integral role in fulfilling the mission of Race
Forward. Large donors and foundations change their focus when things
like equity and justice fall out of fashion. Small donations keep the
nonprofit sector alive, and they keep us thriving. So, here's a very
