John,

At Movement Labs, informing, connecting, and getting voters ready to participate is a year-round job.

Because as we saw in this election, and many before it, voting rights are not equal across the board in this country.

Right-wing election officials skirt rules by switching up, reducing, or closing polling places – disproportionately affecting minority communities and college students. They close DMV locations to make it harder for folks to obtain photo IDs. Residents get randomly purged from the voter rolls if they skip an election. Voter outreach groups are intimidated and struggle to do their jobs registering and updating voter information.

That's why we work all year long to connect voters, supporters, and volunteers together with the goal of building grassroots, people-powered networks that move voters to show up in every precinct in every election.

We can't afford to miss any chance for voters to make their voices heard. So whether you're in a red state, purple state, or feel just plain forgotten about, Movement Labs is coming to a county near you to organize, support – and yes, fund – local Democratic organizations.

We build resources year-round to cultivate, communicate, and organize in places where it's tough to win – and that's the long-term commitment that leads to victories big and small.
