Parson Office of Communications _____________________________________________________________________________________ FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE December 11, 2024 Governor Parson Fills Four County Office Vacancies (JEFFERSON CITY, MO) – Today, Governor Mike Parson announced that he has filled four county office vacancies. Kenneth "Ken" Cox, of Gerald, was appointed Franklin County Commissioner. Mr. Cox has served as the senior director of engineering for Sensys Networks, Inc., for the past 18 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Mr. Cox is a United States Navy veteran. Rhonda Denman, of Fredericktown, was appointed Madison County Public Administrator. Ms. Denman currently serves as bookkeeper for the Marquand Zion R-VI School District. She is a member of the Fredericktown Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the Fredericktown Azalea Festival Committee. Ms. Denman holds an Associate of Arts in business administration from Mineral Area College. Gayle Linneman, of Blackwater, was appointed Cooper County Collector. Ms. Linneman currently serves as office coordinator for Restoration Health and as a realtor for ReeceNichols Landmark Realty Group LLC. She is also the chair of Immanuel Lutheran School Board. Ms. Linneman has been a licensed practical nurse since 1985 and a licensed realtor since 2013. Dr. Case Ruckman, of Albany, was appointed Gentry County Coroner. Dr. Ruckman currently serves as owner of Albany Chiropractic. He previously served as a doctor for Albany Chiropractic. Dr. Ruckman holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan College.
