John, I’m James, our Field Director, and I wanted to let you know our volunteers are talking to thousands of voters each week to check in on them and ensure they know about this election. We’ve already made thousands of phone calls and sent 130,000 texts to voters about this campaign. Our volunteers are doing an incredible job getting the word out to voters about this election and showing them it’s time for new leadership. Our volunteers keep hearing that Lindsey’s platform is exactly what voters want to see happen in NY-10. Yesterday, our volunteer Shelli reached out to Brandon. As a result of their conversation, Brandon went from not knowing who Lindsey was to realizing that Lindsey was “the candidate he had been waiting for years to back for a run against [Rep.] Nadler.” Even though money was tight for them, as it is for so many of our residents right now, Brandon said he would talk to his wife and see what they could get together to support Lindsey’s run. We’re working hard every day because people like Brandon deserve a representative who will do more for their constituents than write strongly worded letters. A representative who will actually legislate and advocate for our district. I’ve lived here all of my life and I know that Lindsey will bring so much to this role that has been missing for so long.
