Last Call for Early-Bird Savings!

Secure your spot at the Texas Historical Commission’s Real Places 2025 conference before the first rate increase.

Register by Friday, December 20, at midnight to save up to $155.

The early-bird discounts apply to all registration rates—not only for premium and basic, but also for students, Courthouse Stewards, single-day registrations, workshops, and virtual. The 10 percent discount for organizations registering multiple people at once also applies to the early-bird rate (the first registrant pays the full early-bird rate, and each additional registration in the group is discounted by 10 percent).

Additionally, thanks to sponsors like our title partner Phoenix I Restoration and Construction, LLC, the Friends of the Texas Historical Commission is offering a limited number of scholarships and hotel room stipends to qualifying individuals. *But act fast—the deadline to submit applications for scholarships and hotel room stipends is also Friday, December 20.*

Register Now, Pay Later

Concerned about a delay in your government or nonprofit employer’s purchasing process preventing access to the early-bird rate? No need to worry. You can register now, lock in the early-bird rate, and pay later. On the payment page at the end of the registration process, the options are credit card or “please invoice me.” Select the latter, and you’re all set!
