As 2024 ends and we set our sights on 2025, I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for your generous support and dedication to our mission.
WEALF envisions a world where age, zip code, and ethnicity are not barriers to success for women who dream of expressing their smarts and creativity through business.
At WEALF, we know this vision is achievable because year after year, we bear witness to three undeniable truths:
- The women we support are committed and driven to succeed
- Our model of providing microloans paired with one-on-one mentoring and peer support WORKS – our repayment rate exceeds 95%
- Generous donors like you share our mission and contribute financial resources
Since our inception, WEALF has helped more than 150 women advance their dreams and businesses, representing fashion, food, luxury goods, professional services, and more.
2024 is a milestone year – we are just 3 loans away from hitting $1 million in total loans distributed since we started!
2025 will be a transformational year – our one-word resolution is ENABLE. We will grow awareness of WEALF and our approach through creative engagements that attract new allies. We will enable our mentors and mentees through educational programming, enlarged networks, and partnerships. We will enable our participants who are growing rapidly to access additional capital.
Enabling women’s business dreams is not just an ideal; it’s essential for building thriving communities and families around our city. You play an important part in this vision. There are two steps you can take before the year ends:

WEAL F wrapped up 2024 with a holiday gathering on Thursday, December 5th. The party was a chance for WEALF entrepreneurs and mentors to come together and network and discuss plans for 2025. Entrepreneurs brought their products so the entire community could become more familiar with what they produce and place orders. Fostering community through events like these is an essential part of the WEALF community; consider making a DONATION so we can host more events like this in 2025 in beyond.
