The Stroll & Roll route is about two-thirds of a mile on a paved road. A small portion of the trail is not ADA accessible due to a 9-percent grade, but golf carts will be available to transport anyone who needs assistance.

Visibility is limited during the night walk, though lighting will safely guide participants. Accessible bathrooms will be available at the start, midway through, and at the end of the walk. There will not be trained accessibility personnel on site but care providers are welcome to attend free of charge. If participants require personal care, they are encouraged to bring a caregiver.

A very limited number of Hippocampe all-terrain wheelchairs may be available for loan free of charge from the *BIMPRD Gearbank*. [ [link removed] ]

Primary public transportation to the Bloedel Reserve is through *Kitsap Access [ [link removed] ]*. Limited transportation on Bainbridge Island may be available upon request. Please contact Kaslin Daniels at [email protected].

The Stroll & Roll event is in partnership with Accessible Communities Advisory Committee, Bloedel Reserve, Stephens House, Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Parks and Recreation District Adaptive Recreation and the Adult Living Program.
