Dear ,

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your tremendous support during the past several months. The financial donations, volunteer efforts, and our positive strategy in the campaign led to a 14%+ margin of victory -- officially 57.02% (23,213) to 42.98% (17,499). This was despite being outspent by ~$730,000 to ~$290,000 (a 2.5 to 1 ratio)!

In order to achieve this result we needed to have sufficient resources to get our core message out to voters and you as donors and volunteers stepped up to enable that. It never feels good being subjected to endless barrages of negative attacks, but your support helped fend those off. I am so grateful for every individual’s contribution. Together we were able to win this critical State House seat!

Now that the election is over, I am looking forward to pushing for our agenda in the State House. Pennsylvania will once again have a divided government with a Democrat Governor and Republican State Senate. By the absolute slimmest of margins (102 Democrats to 101 Republicans) the State House will be in Democrat control. I will be working hard to find areas that I can work issue by issue to find ways to improve our state and bills that can pass and be signed in this divided government.
