OtterBot Impact Brief: Research and innovation drive support for Washington students
WSAC’s AI-informed chatbot, OtterBot, helps Washington students access and enroll in college by using text messaging to support students and families with the college planning and financial aid application processes. In this brief, we monitor progress toward leveraging OtterBot as a scaleable strategy for increasing college and financial aid access statewide.
