There’s a reason why Joe Biden stepped out of the presidential race. How we’re still allowing him to be the POTUS, though, is beyond me. He should be taken out of office ASAP.
 

The latest proof of this is seen at the Africa Summit. Biden zonks out for a good solid minute. So much for paying attention to what’s being said.
