While in her
13-year-old daughter’s room, Amber Lavigne was shocked to find a chest
binder—an undergarment used to flatten breasts.
Upon further investigation, Amber discovered that her daughter had been
secretly given the chest binder by a school social worker. This social
worker had advised Amber’s daughter about gender transitioning and, worse
yet, told her it would be best not to inform her parents.
The school violated Amber's parental rights as protected by the
Constitution. In response, the Goldwater Institute is suing to hold the
school accountable for its actions.
This radical ideology has no place in our schools, and it’s the latest in
the battle against cultural Marxism. Goldwater is defending parental rights

Choice
Every
parent deserves to send their children to the school that best fits their
needs. Low-income families should not be stuck in failing school districts,
and all parents should have the option to take their kids out of schools
indoctrinating them in leftist nonsense.

Defeating
DEI
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a new woke cult sweeping our

principles as part of their faculty hiring process.

Public universities will be explicitly prohibited from
using political tests to screen out applicants in any admissions, hiring,
or promotion-related decision or from granting preferential consideration
to applicants for their support of partisan, political, or ideological
beliefs.
In
summary, the legislation will eliminate the use of DEI in schools.
