Hey there, I hope you’re doing well.

The next House session is around the corner and my team and I are doing everything we can to craft an agenda that centers the everyday working families of the 13th District.

I’m honored to serve as the New Democrat Coalition’s upcoming Vice-Chair, leading on good-faith, bipartisan policy that advances innovative, inclusive, and forward looking policies. At the top of our list for this upcoming session is addressing the housing crisis that is affecting every corner of this country.

Earlier this year we released our Affordable Housing Action Plan that would address the lack of affordable housing nationwide and offer solutions that will deliver the relief to allow people to stay in safe, secure, and affordable housing. Will you endorse the New Dem Coalition’s Affordable Housing Action Plan today?

This plan addresses affordable housing directly and offers solutions to expand and strengthen low-income housing tax credits, promote and fund job training programs, and pass legislation that would stabilize rates of eviction.

These policies are favored on both sides of the aisle and we can’t let partisan politics get in the way of making an impact on this crisis.
