Dear John,

With a stroke of his pen, President Trump has the power to pardon peaceful pro-life advocates who are being unjustly prosecuted and imprisoned under Biden’s weaponized DOJ.

If the January 6th protesters can count on his leadership, surely those who laid down their freedom to defend innocent lives can, too. These weren’t on a sightseeing tour of the Capitol—they were standing for the unborn, the most vulnerable among us.

President Biden’s DOJ has weaponized the FACE Act, twisting it into a weapon of oppression against peaceful pro-life advocates who were exercising their First Amendment rights. Elderly women, mothers and fathers, and even an 89-year-old death camp survivor are being treated like criminals while Biden pardons his son Hunter for heinous crimes rooted in indulgence and corruption.

This is a defining moment in history when President Trump must protect the persecuted, defend life, and uphold justice.

Consider the courage of those prosecuted:

Eva Edl, an 89-year-old death camp survivor, faces prison for her peaceful stand for life.

Jean Marshall, a 74-year-old advocate denied critical medical care in prison, is suffering in silence.

Bevelyn Williams, a young mother sentenced to over three years in prison, torn from her 2-year-old daughter by a judge determined to “make an example” of her.

They did not act for selfish gains—they acted out of selfless love. President Trump, the power is in your hands to ensure their sacrifices are not in vain.

Together, we stand to ensure President Trump defends pro-life advocates from persecution. Principle compels him, the Constitution demands it, and the nation calls for justice.

President Trump, this is your moment to act decisively. Pardon the pro-life prisoners, proving to the world that the heavy hand of government oppression has come to an end in America.

Standing with you for liberty,

P.S. Once signed, please share this petition with your network. Let’s amplify our call for justice and ensure President Trump hears us loud and clear! Make it clear: the pro-life movement stands united, determined that Republican leadership defend those who stand for the unborn.

Dear John,

We watched in horror as the expression of our deeply held moral convictions and advocacy for our core beliefs became a crime overnight.

The Biden Administration’s Department of Justice weaponized the FACE Act, turning it into a tool to silence and punish peaceful pro-life advocates. Grandmothers, mothers, and young people who have chosen to pray or counsel outside abortion clinics in defense of the unborn have been labeled as criminals.

The FACE Act was twisted to target those who stand for life. While these advocates may have technically violated its provisions, they acted peacefully and with compassion—motivated not by malice but by a commitment to defending the most vulnerable among us.

The Biden Administration’s DOJ seized this law to levy excessive charges and threaten pro-life activists with severe punishments to create a chilling effect—intimidating others into silence by suppressing pro-life advocacy.

The FACE Act must be repealed. Until Congress can accomplish that, President Trump can undo these massive abuses inflicted by the corrupt Biden DOJ by pardoning those who have been prosecuted or are currently facing charges under this weaponized law.

Sign For President Trump to act boldly—pardon imprisoned and prosecuted pro-life advocates.

We have relentlessly advocated for Eva Edl, an 89-year-old Holocaust survivor now faces sentencing for her peaceful efforts to defend the unborn.

But there are many others, like the heartbreaking stories of:

Paulette Harlow, an elderly woman with a debilitating medical condition, was sentenced to 24 months

Jean Marshall, a 74-year-old peaceful pro-lifer has been denied by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly necessary hip surgery and doctors’ visits, forcing her to drag her right leg when she walks.

Joan Andrews Bell—peacefully trying to stop a late-term abortionist.

…are spending their final days in prison.

This is not justice. It is tyranny.

Donald Trump, while not a pro-life purist, has demonstrated time and again his commitment to defending the Constitution and the rights of all Americans. His leadership in appointing justices who overturned Roe v. Wade was a monumental victory for constitutional governance and the pro-life cause. He rightly enjoys the honor of having created a conservative court that defends life, liberty, and the rule of law.

We are taking action to keep the Conservative momentum strong by bolding petitioning our incoming President to pardon those prosecuted by the Biden DOJ for FACE Act violations.

Petition Donald Trump to Pardon Political Prisoners of the Pro-Life Movement.

Now, he has the opportunity to reaffirm his defense of the Constitution by acting on behalf of peaceful pro-life advocates. With a single signature, President Trump can demonstrate, as he prepares for a second term, that he will continue to stand for the First Amendment rights of all Americans—the right to free speech and the right to peaceably assemble.

This moment is about more than freeing a few individuals. It is about defending the right to stand for life in our communities without fear of punishment by the heavy hand of the federal government.

Every name added to this petition signals a bold stand against oppressive laws and the federal weaponization of government agencies, ensuring these abuses of power do not go unchecked.

Conservative voices that swept Donald Trump back into office will not be silent, winning elections is not enough. We only truly prevail as we boldly exercise our constitutional right to petition the government.

While not all of us will exercise our First Amendment right to assemble outside abortion centers, we will stand resolutely with the brave pro-life advocates who do, petitioning on their behalf and amplifying their courage.
