Communist China has stolen trillions in American intellectual property and destroyed millions of American jobs.

It’s past time for it to end. That’s why I’m introducing a three-step plan to END permanent normal trade relations with China, and I wanted to make sure you knew about it.

I wrote a joint op-ed about this plan that you can read here.

There is nothing normal about America’s current trade relationship with China — and we can’t afford for it to be permanent.

Communist China has abused its trade relationship with America for years. President Trump can fix it, and I’m ready to work with him to get the job done.

Meet Tom Cotton

Tom Cotton was born and raised on his family’s cattle farm in Arkansas, served as an Army infantry officer in Iraq and Afghanistan, and is fighting for working Americans in the U.S. Senate.

The tragic attacks of September 11, 2001 occurred during Tom’s final year of law school and changed his life’s trajectory.

After clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and spending a short time in private law practice, he joined the United States Army as an Infantry Officer, spending nearly five years on active duty.

Between his two combat tours he served as a platoon leader with the Old Guard at Arlington National Cemetery, the unit responsible for military honors funerals.

Tom’s military decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, and Ranger Tab.

In the U.S. Senate, he’s fighting the tough battles for Arkansans and Americans, and delivering real results. He knows that only the strong can survive in a dangerous world, and he’s building a movement to make America strong again.
