Celebrating Wreaths Across America Day
December 14 is Wreaths Across America Day. This special occasion remembers, honors, and teaches about the many sacrifices of those who have served in the U.S. armed forces. Share our “Honoring Those Who Served” warm-up activity with students and help them learn valuable data skills as we commemorate the occasion. They will use the map to learn where veterans live and answer a series of questions to get them thinking about trends in the data.
