It’s clear from the November 2024 elections that everyday people are dissatisfied with out-of-touch leaders in power prioritizing corporate profits and billionaire interests instead of bold change for our communities.

But this problem has been in the making for years — it’s why Justice Democrats’ pitch since 2016 has been that working people deserve just as much power and opportunity as billionaires to run our government. But those at the top of the Party have failed to listen.

Like Alexandra said, “There’s been a directive from voters that it’s time to clean up shop, that they do not want people that have been in power. That the leadership void could be filled by those who represent the working class — or it can be continued to be filled by Democrats that are really comfortable cozying up with Wall Street and billionaires, which was a huge part of this cycle. This donor, pundit, strategist class that has had a lot of the power in the party was repudiated.”

As we gear up for the next election cycle, we’re putting all corporate Democrats on notice and going on the offense.

While we once again prepare for more right-wing, dark money attacks on the Squad, we’re looking at deep-blue and open seats in Democratic districts where we can recruit and support working-class progressives to take on the Democratic establishment and give working people more seats at the table in 2026.

But since we don’t take a dime from corporate PACs, we rely on grassroots donations from folks like you to power our efforts. The more we raise now, the more working-class candidates we can get behind in the next two years: will you chip in $5 to help us?
