John, we can’t take Gen Z for granted.

I won’t lie, I was as let down as you were by the people my age who fell for the far-right’s lies on Election Day. It’s tough seeing my generation vote against a better life for themselves.

But we’re not giving up. We have two years until the next midterm elections, which means we have two years to rebuild a winning coalition of informed young voters.

The far right’s agenda is anti-youth, plain and simple. If my generation hears the truth about their anti-environmental, anti-education, anti-choice extremism, we’ll be able to mobilize them in droves.
