This is a video where Dr Tommy Rhee shows you the formula to unlocking Outer Knee, IT Band and Hip pain using the pro7 in his clinic. 
 
The most complete way to stretch your IT band-- which will help unlock outer knee pain. This Power Plate stretch will also help loosen the hip.
 
The IT "Band" is really a large piece of Fascia that stretches from your knee to your hip.
 
When do this strecth, 40 waves of vibration per SECOND flow through this part of your body. 
 
Even if you are not in pain, you'll feel great after doing this stretch.
 
Work on one side FIRST. Then walk around for 30 seconds. You'll feel the difference immediately.
 
Dr Rhee has developed a subtle mastery of using the Power Plate over the years.  First with the track and soccer teams at UCLA. Then with Olympic runners. 
 
And then with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for half a decade.  Since 2008 he has run a clinic in Tampa, where people from around the country come to get fixed. 
 
He focuses on healing all injuries. His focus has been getting elite athletes back in the game and on the field.  And he brings that same mindset to helping everyone in his clinic.
