Friends —
Endangered Species Day was created to recognize the efforts of conservationists across the country fighting to protect our nation’s most at-risk animals, plants, and other wildlife.
According to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, almost four dozen mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, and amphibians are in serious danger of extinction in our state alone.
We must act fast to save these endangered species before it’s too late →
In recent years, the climate crisis has put these species — already on the brink of extinction — at an even higher risk of extinction.
As temperatures rise and severe weather events increase, natural habitats become hostile.
If we hope to slow the extinction of these critically endangered species we must take action immediately to curb the effects of the climate crisis.
We are so lucky to call this amazing state our home.
We must fight to preserve the amazing wildlife that calls it home too.

🚨Governor Inslee has issued an order to Stay Home, Stay Healthy 🚨
We ask that you join us in following this order by staying inside except for essential activities so we can all do our part to flatten the curve. For the safety of our community, candidates, and members we have canceled all in-person events for the foreseeable future.
That means we will be relying entirely on grassroots supporters like you to ensure our fight for WA values does not lose momentum.
You can stay up to date with all COVID-19 (Coronavirus) developments by visiting the CDC website and the WA State Dept. of Health website. |
