Federal investigations have uncovered that Qvest LLC, a sanitation contractor for Seaboard Triumph Foods in Sioux City, Iowa, employed 11 minors in hazardous overnight shifts from 2019 to 2023. This follows a similar violation by Fayette Janitorial Service, which rehired some of the same underage workers. 
 

Despite changing contractors, illegal child labor persisted at the facility. Is this a systemic issue in the industry? Is it a problem because of the Biden administration’s border issues?
