A young woman finds out she is unexpectedly pregnant. When she tells her fiancé, he’s skeptical that she’s been faithful to him and considers leaving her. Worried that her friends and community would judge her, she leaves town for a while to stay with some family members. When it’s finally time to welcome her little one, she’s far from home with nowhere to go. Some kind strangers offer her refuge, and she delivers her baby with joy, marveling at the miracle she’s experienced.

Sound familiar?

This is the story of the most famous unexpected pregnancy the world has ever known – the story of Mary, Joseph, and our Savior, Jesus Christ.

We know the rest of Mary’s story, but the story of the pro-life movement is still being written right now. It’s unfolding state-by-state, with the lives of moms and preborn children hanging in the balance.
