We know that many of you are tired, disappointed, and burnt out, and the last thing you thought you would be doing is making a contribution to the Democratic National Committee today.

But today is the day we need Democrats to step up and chip in if you're in a place to do so. Let us explain why:

In just a few weeks, a new Congress will be sworn in. Shortly after that, Trump will become president. We’re already seeing how disastrous it could be.

We need -- America needs -- a strong and robust Democratic Party to fight back, organize, and stop the worst impulses of a second Trump administration and an emboldened Republican Party under his control.

We get that you may be tired or feeling tapped out. But we cannot sit back and let Trump take us backward without a fight. So we have to ask one more time:

We're asking you, humbly, to make a contribution to the Democratic Party today. It can be $5, $50, or whatever you can afford. It will all add up, and we will use your support to mobilize Democrats in the weeks ahead to stop the far-right Trump agenda.
