Election Summary

Kansas Republicans Shatter Records

by Mike Brown, Chairman

The Kansas Republican Party

The Kansas Republican Party asked for your help in 2024, and you responded in a huge, profound, and historic way.

Kansas made history in the 2024 general election, not just with record voter turnout but also by showcasing a powerful shift in voting strategy. With 2.031 million registered voters—an all-time high—and 1.34 million ballots cast, the Sunflower State is setting an example for electoral engagement. Yet, the most remarkable takeaway is how Republicans dominated early voting, a tactic once associated with Democrats.

Of the 557,209 Kansans who voted early in person, 53% were Republicans, compared to only 29% Democrats. This reflects a calculated effort to embrace new methods and energize voters. Republicans also nearly matched Democrats in mail-in voting, with 39% to Democrats’ 43%. These numbers prove that Kansas Republicans have not only adapted but excelled in expanding their voter base across multiple platforms.

However, with success comes scrutiny. It’s not surprising that Democrats, silent on election laws since 2020, may now push for election law changes under the guise of “security” or “confidence.”

As a leader in Topeka, I will passionately advocate for measures that uphold the security and accessibility of Kansas elections, standing firm against any attempts to undermine our democratic progress. Together, we will address election security and integrity concerns, along with other vital issues.

Kansas Republicans have demonstrated that innovation and organization can win elections. As we move forward, let’s double down on expanding voter access while protecting the integrity of the process. The numbers don’t lie—Kansas is leading the way.

Together, we are saving America.

And we’re just getting started.

Here’s to continued success and more winning straight ahead! #LetsRoll

In Respect, Freedom, Love, and Liberty,

Mike Brown, Chairman

The Kansas Republican Party

CONSIDERATIONS

Service in the Trump-Vance Administration is a service to our Nation and a high honor, which demands both sacrifice and dedication. There are many factors to consider:

The time commitment is significant and the pace is fast.

Appointments and jobs in the Trump-Vance Administration are demanding and the application process is rigorous.

Most appointments are located in Washington, D.C. You will be required to relocate on your own time and expense.

Most applicants under serious consideration will undergo:

A full background check on the applicant's history of employment, personal, travel, financial, legal, military and educational background.

Background check and financial disclosure forms depend on the position. The types of forms you may be required to fill out are as follows:

Most appointees are required to file financial disclosure statements annually during their term of service. You will also be required to file periodic financial transaction reports.

Conflicts of Interest
