Jennifer and I are thrilled to announce the birth of baby girl, Olivia Elizabeth Rouse. Olivia arrived this morning weighing 8 pounds 3 ounces, bringing immense joy and love to our family. Both mother and baby are doing well and we’re appreciative for the care received at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital.

We are overjoyed to welcome our beautiful daughter into the world and are grateful for the love and support we have received from family, friends, and the community. We look forward to this new chapter in our lives as we cherish every moment with Olivia.
