Nearly two years ago, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez won her primary in New York’s 14th district against incumbent Joseph Crowley, the 4th most powerful Democrat in the country.
Her victory shook the establishment to its core and built on a foundation of work that says we must create a government that works for ALL people, not just the well-positioned and the wealthy few. Progressive policies are now the norm, and there is no turning back.
So much has changed since the 2018 midterm elections. Now, we have nine candidates running in New York for seats in 2020, including AOC . That’s right NINE candidates on our BNC-NY slate! Each candidate comes with their own stories, rich ties to their communities and a drive to make real change.

All of our candidates are challenging powerful corporate Democrat incumbents with war chests overflowing with corporate dollars, so every dollar counts in our ability to help all nine of them with volunteer programming, text, and phone banking.
Since the COVID-19 outbreak, BNC-NY candidates have been in the epicenter of the crisis; not only running their campaigns but doing all they can to help their communities that have been devastated by this pandemic. They have shown what REAL leadership and community means. These are the kinds of people we need in Congress!
Replacing nine seats in the House would have an enormous impact on all of us across the country! We have an opportunity to make real change.
