Case Manager

West Harlem Group Assistance, Inc. (WHGA), a community based development corporation, was established more than 30 years ago to revitalize the under-invested West and Central Harlem communities - riddled with dilapidated and abandoned buildings.

We are seeking a strong Case Manager to identify and implement social services for homeless families, to ensure successful transition into permanent housing as soon as possible.  Reports to the Director of Social Services.
