Our shared mission: Urge President Biden to direct the National Archivist to certify and publish the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment to the Constitution before he leaves office.

“The ERA is the only constitutional amendment that’s ever been proposed that met all of the requirements for ratification and is still being denied certification,” Senator Gillibrand told supporters. “It is absolutely the right time for President Biden to hear from the American people about why this is so important to ensure and enshrine equality for all in the U.S. Constitution.”
