Automation and artificial intelligence are transforming the economy. In K-12 education, preparation for the future of work has focused on improving career and technical education in high schools, but grades K-8 are also critical for preparing students and families for new opportunities in high school and beyond.
Please join the Center for American Progress for a conversation that will cover multiple perspectives on ways to expand opportunity and build equitable access, including by supporting educators, increasing offerings, and deeply engaging families as early as elementary school. The panelists will also discuss how the current COVID-19 crisis affects the future of work.
