Friends –

A quick update on the first relaunch of Convention Registration next week. We are now scheduled to open the room block to GRC Members on Tuesday, May 19 and remaining rooms would be open to the public on Wednesday, May 20. This is a one day postponement from what was previously announced which is due to a change in the hours and schedules of hotel personnel during Coronavirus.

So, registration for annual Grassroots Club Members at *any* level and monthly Gold level Grassroots Club Members will re-launch on Tuesday May 19 at approximately 10:00 a.m. CDT with additional rooms available in our most popular room blocks.  Remaining rooms at the Marriott as well as our other room blocks will be available to the general public on May 20th at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
