Clemency is a powerful tool that President Biden can use to make a big impact before his term closes.

There are thousands in federal prisons and jails who have suffered under an unfair criminal justice system that disproportionately targeted Black and Brown communities. That includes those who are still behind bars for minor marijuana offenses.

Let’s urge the Biden administration to use all of the power available to the President to make some lasting change before Trump takes office.
