Federal Criminal Defense & White Collar Pro Bono Attorneys Needed to Assist Election Officials
Election Official Legal Defense Network
EOLDN works to provide election officials with pro bono attorneys in response to the increasing wave of harassments, threats, and state laws subjecting them to criminal penalties for performing their jobs. Lawyers are needed to provide legal assistance to current and former U.S. election officials, election administrators, and poll workers regardless of political affiliation. Criminal Law and White Collar & Investigation lawyers are needed. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.

Draft Donor Privacy Policy for Poverty Organization
Juma Ventures
Juma strives to break the cycle of poverty by paving the way to work, education, and financial capability for youth across America. A lawyer is needed to support with researching and drafting a comprehensive Donor Privacy Policy that ensures compliance with data protection regulations, including California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other relevant state and federal laws. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.

Help New Education NPO Navigate Contracts
Acuarela Curriculum Co-op
Acuarela Curriculum Co-op is an early stage organization still in fiscal sponsorship under a larger nonprofit, entering into a partnership with a more established curriculum organization. They want to be able to continue developing their own materials alongside the work they do for the org they are partnering with, and a lawyer is needed to review partnership contracts and to support in thinking about non-compete language for individuals/non profits. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
