The Senate leaves for the year in just 15 days. That’s 15 days left to confirm the 11 remaining Biden judges who will be up for a floor vote before the end of the term.
Today, along with other advocacy groups like the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, the National Women’s Law Center, Alliance For Justice, and more, we’re driving calls to the Senate to demand that Biden’s nominees get confirmed as soon as possible!
The judges who have been nominated by President Biden and confirmed by the Senate will play a vital role in safeguarding our rights and freedoms against the incoming Trump administration—and we’re quickly running out of time to add to that roster.
We know that Trump judges will not share the same commitment to justice and fairness we see in President Biden’s nominees. We must fill as many vacancies as possible.
