John,
Emboldened by the incoming Trump administration, billionaires and corporations are already making plans to roll back labor protections and gut the National Labor Relations Board (Labor Board). The Labor Board is the government agency tasked with holding corporations accountable when they illegally union bust and attack our right to collective bargaining. We need to fight back. Take Elon Musk: His companies are leading attacks on workers' rights. He's trying to dismantle the institutions that are meant to protect us -- all so his workers don't have power to push back against his grueling management practices through a union.
Waffle House, where I work, is another example. Waffle House workers have previously called them out for wage theft and unsafe working conditions and asked the Labor Board to step in. Waffle House executives responded by suing the Labor Board, saying that the Board and its administrative processes are unconstitutional.
Look, I'll be honest: the laws on the books are not always perfect -- but they go a long way towards ensuring that we're treated fairly. Just this year, the Labor Board has required Amazon to respect and bargain with unionized warehouse workers and delivery drivers, as well as banned companies from forcing workers to attend anti-union "captive audience" meetings. Workers before us fought tooth and nail for these rights. Now we need to defend them. Add your name now in support of the Labor Board.

In a moment where more workers are demanding their right to a union, it's clear we need to write stronger rules to protect workers -- not go backward. You and I both know we can't let corporations make the rules and determine our future. Tell billionaires and politicians: stop attacks on the Labor Board!
