But the US Supreme Court ruled THIS YEAR that the DOJ CAN’T CHARGE JANUARY 6 PEACEFUL PATRIOTS WITH BREAKING THAT LAW!
In fact, the US Supreme Court ruled that way in Fischer v United States because the DOJ was twisting that law to destroy January 6 defendants in the first place.
But the DOJ doesn’t care what the US Supreme Court says … they want Stephanie in prison yesterday for daring to question the 2020 election. They want to ruin her life.
