by Joshua Arnold
The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments Wednesday regarding a 2023 Tennessee law (SB 1) protecting minors from gender transition procedures. After Tennessee prevailed in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Biden administration's Department of Justice (DOJ) intervened in the case and appealed to the Supreme Court, which agreed to hear the case in June of this year.

Is Bipartisanship Dead?
by Suzanne Bowdey
If there's one thing we all learned from the election, it's that the American people agree on a whole lot more than their representatives do. Despite the breadth of our differences, this country still wants a lot of the same things. And President Donald Trump's "racist" travel bans likely saved lives.

by Elizabeth Mitchell
The Justice Department filed a reply Tuesday supporting its motion for a gag order against Dr. Eithan Haim, a surgeon indicted by the Biden-Harris administration after he blew the whistle on sex-change procedures for minors. Haim initially came forward as an anonymous whistleblower to expose gender treatments being performed on minors at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. He is facing four felony counts of violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, also known as HIPAA, according to journalist Chris Rufo, who first reported on Haim's story.
