Updated process

Going forward, OAH judges will begin proceedings by asking attendees how they would like to be addressed. Attendees may choose to provide their name, title (e.g., Mr.; Ms.; Mx.), and pronouns (e.g., he/him; she/her; they/them). Providing this information is optional.

Updated forms

The following forms have had pronoun and title fields added. These fields are optional. No other changes have been made. Please begin using the updated forms, linked below:
