Use our new interactive data dashboard and share your feedback

Thursday 5 December 2024

We have launched an interactive data dashboard to help people understand what progress Britain has made towards creating a more fair and equal society.

The dashboard uses data from our 2023 Equality and Human Rights Monitor, the most comprehensive review of how Britain is performing on equality and human rights.

We want people to engage with our data dashboard and use it as a tool to inform research, debate and decision-making. We hope this will drive action and meaningful change that enhances equality and makes life fairer for everyone.

The dashboard can be used as a tool to understand how equality has changed over time and makes it easier to see where there are gaps in data. It can also be used to compared data from across England, Scotland and Wales, where there are comparable measures.

The dashboard is currently in beta, which means we're still making changes to it based on the feedback and data we get from stakeholders. Our aim is to gather and add updated data from stakeholders throughout 2025 and we intend to update the dashboard with new data each year.

How you can contribute to our data dashboard

We are asking experts in education, living standards, health, participation, justice and work to share their most up to date and relevant research with us so we can add it to the dashboard and strengthen our collective understanding of how Britain is performing on equality and human rights.

You can submit your research by emailing: [email protected]

We are also gathering your feedback on dashboard through our stakeholder survey. We’ll share how your feedback has shaped the dashboard when we add updated data for Great Britain, England, Scotland and Wales throughout 2025.
