Team,
Did you see Jane’s email? Jane is my wonderful wife and better half, and I am so proud and honored to have her by my side in this adventure of life.
I am so grateful for her words and involvement in our campaign to grow the Northwest Indiana economy with good-paying jobs, to improve access to healthcare, and to promote the health and safety of all individuals, including children and victims of sexual exploitation.
Will you help our campaign continue to have the resources we need to get out our message and reach all the voters of Indiana’s First Congressional District in these final weeks?
Thanks so much team!
Stay safe,
Frank

Hello friend:
I want to talk about something uncomfortable. And the reason for this is because it is about our children and it is important.
My husband, Frank Mrvan, is a candidate for U.S. Congress, and I want him to be our next Congressman. Please, let me tell you why.
My story is one that many can resonate with. I, along with my sister, are survivors of sexual abuse at the hands of a man who was very close to us. This is an awful thing for any child to endure. I am a survivor and ultimately a thriver. My sister, Kelly, did not have the same fate. She is no longer with us and it pains me every single day.
Now let me tell you about the positives. Yes, there are positives! My husband was able to partner with Child Protective Services, Fair Haven Center for Women, Indiana school districts, legal entities, Prevent Child Abuse Indiana, and numerous other survivors and supporters to create the No More Secrets campaign.
This campaign eventually became a state law that requires all schools in the State of Indiana to spend an hour of curriculum each year dedicated to educate children about body safety, predators, and inappropriate touching. Many students came forward through this campaign and their cases were substantiated. I am incredibly proud that in honor of my late sister’s memory, Frank was able to move the needle in the right direction to protect children and make a difference in their lives.
While much progress has been made, there is so much more that needs to be done. This is why I am asking for you to vote for my husband, Frank. Let’s send him to Congress so he can continue to protect children from the emotional, physical, and mental challenges of abuse and expand the No More Secrets campaign to communities across our nation.
Please make a plan to safely vote in the June 2nd primary election for strength and leadership, for a voice for our most vulnerable populations, and together we can continue to create positive changes and trusted resources for children.
We can not accomplish this though without financial resources. We have learned through this campaign how much it takes to fund an effective communication outreach plan, including mail pieces, digital ads, signs, and so much more! If you are able, please click here to donate to Frank’s campaign.
Thank you for your consideration and involvement to create a more positive and safe world for children and families in Northwest Indiana and throughout our country.
Respectfully,
Jane Mrvan
