Jack, if you can’t help but delight just a bit in the GOP’s total inability to govern, do I have a story for you! This story begins just last night when Democrats flipped a House seat in California—shrinking the GOP’s teeny tiny majority. But on top of this, Trump keeps plucking House Republicans to serve in his next administration, shrinking their majority even more! This means Speaker Mike Johnson now has only a 217-215 majority for the first few months of 2025 and cannot afford to lose a SINGLE VOTE if he wants to pass any legislation (LOL!). You gotta check this out:
