We knew when we announced it that $300,000 was an ambitious goal, but that’s what it will take to take on the gun lobby — and win — in 2025, especially with the return of a Trump administration that could roll back years of progress on gun safety.

Falling short of our goal, even with the triple-match offer, means we’re now facing some tough decisions about the resources we’ll have in the critical months ahead.
