John, a month ago today Democrats all over the country nervously watched as poll tightened and stated began turning red.
The so-called "blue wall" in the north crumbled, as we felt the sting of a devastating loss.
The truth is that the Democratic Party must continue to evolve. And while we lost ground in some traditionally blue states, we also had victories in states that were thought to be solid-red.
Hundreds of thousands of voters in Arizona and Nevada rallied behind Senators Jacky Rosen and Ruben Gallego in a loud rebuttle of MAGA extremism. Democrats won tight races in New Mexico, North Carolina, and even Georgia. We even flipped a seat in Louisiana!
We must move forward. And that means putting in the work to empower a new generation of voters who want less extremism and more common sense, equality for all, and leaders who look out for them.
