INITIATIVE AIMED AT PARDONING TARGETS OF FEDERAL POLITICAL PERSECUTION

John,

The Libertarian National Committee has announced today the launch of its
new ANTI-LAWFARE INITIATIVE (ALI), which is aimed at researching and
exposing the illegal and political abuse of the US justice system against
American citizens.

The initial candidate for pardon as cited loudly, and publicly, by the
Libertarian Party is Ross Ulbricht, who has spent the past decade in
Federal prison as a political prisoner, unjustly punished for creating a
market system outside of Federal oversight.

After petitioning President-elect Donald Trump for his release, AND
RECEIVING ASSURANCES FROM PRES. TRUMP THAT ROSS ULBRICHT WOULD BE FREED,
the LNC has now undertaken efforts to expand the list of prisoners to be
released, beginning with ROGER VER, AKA “BITCOIN JESUS.”

“Roger Ver's attorney HAD HIS DOOR KICKED IN AND WAS QUESTIONED AT
GUNPOINT by law enforcement agents. If this case is allowed to go forward,
it will destroy attorney-client privilege for everyone," said LNC Chair
Angela McArdle.

"No one is safe until Roger Ver's case has been dropped. I am confident
that President Trump will understand the gravity of this situation because
he's been the target of lawfare so many times, and I am happy to help lead
the charge on freeing Roger and shutting down this lawfare case.”

The LNC will utilize FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUESTS to expose who, and
how, targeted citizens like Roger Ver have been abused by the US justice
system and why. The Party will then petition members of Congress, the DOJ
and the Office of the President directly for release, in conjunction with
coordinated public outreach campaigns.

THE PARTY IS ACTIVELY SEEKING VOLUNTEERS TO AID IN THIS MISSION. THOSE
INTERESTED MAY EMAIL [email protected] TO BECOME PART OF THE ANTI-LAWFARE
INITIATIVE.

MORE ABOUT ROGER VER
Roger Ver, aka “Bitcoin Jesus,” is a libertarian, anti-war activist and
supporter of cryptocurrency and alternative currency markets. Mr. Ver
currently faces charges amounting to 109 years in Federal prison. His
“crime” stems from the IRS utilizing RETROACTIVE application of law on
earnings from cryptocurrency, which is patently unlawful, claiming he owed
back taxes.

Despite Roger’s efforts to settle the matter, both the IRS and Department
of Justice refused to communicate with Mr. Ver, or even clarify the amount
owed. Roger Ver renounced his US citizenship in 2014, and left the United
States. However, his political persecution continues in 2024.
