This is THAT email — the one where we say, “It’s Giving Tuesday, we’re down to the wire, and we need you to give.” Which is true. We’re $3,539 away from hitting our $10,000 goal (plus a DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR match from our Board for Directors). But only until midnight, so the time to give is now!
Here’s the deal: we’re not here to guilt you into giving (though hey, if that works, we can keep going). Instead, we want to level with you.
We have our work cut out for us in 2025. The Joy Rebellion isn’t just a moment; it’s a movement — an unapologetic, defiant stand for queer joy. And we can’t do it alone.
As the world’s largest storytelling effort to uplift and empower LGBTQ+ young people, we connect with queer teens before they’re in crisis. Today, as they navigate a world determined to dim their light, our work is more urgent than ever.
Every Giving Tuesday gift is a loud, proud declaration that says, “We’re here for you.” You’re powering work that includes:
50 States. 50 Grants. 5000 Voices — Since 2021, we’ve funded 140+ student-led, school-based projects in 47 states to the tune of $1.3 million. That’s a LOT of change for queer students around the country.
Youth Voices — Our annual cohort of exceptional queer students is only getting stronger, partnering with our org to build lifelong connections, master essential leadership skills, and discover the confidence and language to advocate for themselves and their communities.
Global Outreach — We’re in eight languages on four continents, and we’re the largest LGBTQ+ youth-centric org on Twitch, TikTok, Tumblr, and YouTube. Because queer kids deserve support wherever they are.
