We've got a lot of work ahead of us. These next four years we’ve got to make sure that Oregon stands strong against federal threats on our climate and environment. It’s a critical time for us to stand tall and fight for our climate, because the rest of the country is looking to us as an example in 2025. Oregon has been a leader on climate, and we aren’t ready to give that up. With your help, we can show what states can do to get us through the next four years.

But why are we fundraising $10k? All the work that’s ahead of us means we need all hands on deck. We’re fundraising not only to ensure we’ve got the funds to empower our legislators and fight for climate legislation, but to uplift our youth and volunteers. $5,000 is what it takes to engage young climate activists in OLCV’s work through an innovative youth-led climate campaign. $2,500 funds a lobby day in Salem, opening the door for 200 volunteers to meet with lawmakers and advocate in person for our climate and environment. $1,000 provides us the resources to sponsor an OLCV campaign fellow to help train the next generation of climate organizers. There are so many possibilities and things to accomplish once we reach our goal!
