The latest on voting rights and democracy in North Carolina
* North Carolina Supreme Court candidate Jefferson Griffin (R) asked ([link removed]) for a hand recount after a machine recount confirmed Allison Riggs (D) won. Plus, the GOP is pushing a power-grab bill to cut the ballot cure deadline, limit the governor's appointment power and more.
