Colorado GOP 2024 Elections Update:
Around the State…

2024 is a great year for Republicans in Colorado. We took back a few seats in the House, broke even in the Senate, claimed CD-8, took a new CD-8 Board of Education seat, an RTD seat, and at least two Commissioner seats. We are no longer "Super Minority" status in Colorado.

Seats Gained in November 2024:

-Gabe Evans reclaimed Congressional District 8, sending progressive Yadira Caraveo to pack up her Washington DC apartment and go back to gender transitioning children at her clinic.

-Rebecca Keltie successfully unseated Stephanie Vigil in HD-16. Vigil is a far left radical who wrote the bill to start the gender transition process in schools without parental consent. El Paso County voters decided that Vigil, who has no children and doesn’t know her gender, had gone too far, so they elected Rebecca by a margin of 6 votes. This will be recounted per state law.

-Dan Woog took back HD-19 from the Democrats, and we are thrilled to have this conservative Weld County seat back in good hands. This race will also go to a mandatory recount.

-Ryan Gonzalez reclaimed HD-50 back from the left; and Gonzalez is ready to stand for conservative values and put up a great fight in Denver.

-Scott Bright took back SD-13 from the Democrats, a seat that was held last year by Kevin Priola- the Republican who switched parties to Democrat in 2022. Since we lost SD-12 in El Paso County, there was no net gain or loss in the Senate.

-Yazmin Navarro was successful in her bid to take back the CD8 Board of Regents seat, giving us just a slim minority margin on the BOE and the ability to heavily support Charters given the pro-Charter mentality of one of the Dems on the Board.

-Kathleen Chandler unexpectedly claimed an RTD seat long held by the Democrats, giving Republicans a voice on the socialist-leaning, wasteful transportation Board.

-Jim Chamberlain took back a Commissioner seat held by Dems in Huerfano County. Chamberlain will bring common sense back to the Board.

-Paula McPheeters in Pueblo took out career socialist Daneya Esgar for Commissioner. Pueblo voters have had enough progressive policies, and McPheeters looks forward to bringing back fiscal conservatism to the red-again city.

Holding Jena Griswold Accountable:

-Since the Colorado GOP exposed Jena Griswold’s corrupt password leak, media and Democrats have been working hard to say there is nothing wrong with our elections. However, we do not accept the lies and gaslighting as acceptable remedies to securing our elections in Colorado. Sample affidavits are on our website.

-This past Tuesday, our bi-monthly Capitol Club featured Mark Cook, Shawn Smith, Kim Monson, and Joe Oltmann speaking on Griswold’s breach and where we go from here. Many of you asked for their contact information, and I will pass that along to anyone who needs it (just reply to this email). Mr. Cook indicated that he will be looking into and planning focus groups, so please be on the lookout for those. Our first focus group will be held on December 8th at 6PM, and the link to that meeting is below. Thank you to these gentleman and everyone working hard to hold Griswold accountable.

-In addition, several prominent groups and leaders have begun assembling a recall committee to remove Jena Griswold from office. Please respond to this email if you are interested in being a part of that process.

-For more information on what you can do today to secure our elections and remove Griswold from office, please reference Ron Hanks’s emails. You can also view more information about how to help Kim Monson’s efforts on her website. Never let anyone tell you that you should not question our government. Do not allow Democrat and weak Republican traitors tell you that since we won, our elections are fine. We won because, in the words of our great President Donald Trump, it was “too big to rig.” They certainly tried; but they failed. Now, it’s time to make sure that they don’t ever succeed in stealing our elections again.

Durango Schools: “BLM and trans flags are protected government speech”

In mini-California, also known as Durango, weak school Board members have been intimidated by kids with rainbow hair. In a sad attempt to protect the progressive agenda, the Board has indicated it may pass a resolution to specifically sanction trans and BLM flags as “protected government speech.”

The Board has ignorantly ignored the fact that the Constitution does not allow it to violate the Equal Protection Clause by promoting an anti-religious fetish. The Constitution also does not allow the government to protect and encourage violence, the MO of BLM. Colorado GOP Vice Chair Hope Scheppelman and myself have sent Durango’s school board strongly worded letters and will pursue further actions if needed. Those letters can be viewed below.

We must not allow those who seek to sexualize and indoctrinate children, to gaslight Colorado into believing that this is about equality. The left has gone too far, as evidenced by the 2024 elections. We have to continue reminding them that their mental illness is a fetish that they will not spread to our children or continue to use for political gain. The Trump administration will be effectively  dealing with school boards like Durango, who refuse to stand for kids and instead promote a woke agenda. The days of indoctrinating children in public schools are coming to an end. Durango School Board meets again on December 10th, and you should attend this meeting if at all possible.

Democrat Mayor Implicated in Hate Crime Hoax to win Coveted Colorado Springs Seat

Mayor Yemi Mobolade of Colorado Springs has been a DEI candidate since day one. When he interviewed for a D-11 Board position over four years ago, Mobolade’s entire platform was based on being an immigrant and “advancing equity.” Mobolade spent the last six to seven years of his life organizing the local churches and non-profits to support him in the biggest heist of an election ever known in Colorado Springs. An election eve cross-burning meant to look like a KKK event was staged to guarantee Mobolade’s victory.

When he ran for Mayor last year, Mobolade already had total buy-ins or at least agreements not to support the Conservative candidate from the the Gazette, dozens of churches across the region, most powerful Democrats, most local businesses, and a slew of weak Republicans. He convinced voters of the greatest lies ever told to Springs voters: that Colorado Springs is racist, and that it is time for a progressive leader who would temper racism.

After Mobolade became Mayor, he began funneling money to Men of Influence, a violently racist gang tied to the Chinook Center and deep progressive donors who are transing Colorado kids. Over two weeks ago, Daily Wire broke the story that three career criminals perpetrated a hate crime hoax in order to get Yemi elected. According to a DOJ official, Yemi was implicated in the hate crime hoax of 2023 but lied to federal investigators. The FBI considered charging Mobolade, but they could not prosecute the “first black mayor of Colorado Springs,” according to the DOJ official.

As of this writing, Yemi Mobolade has not made a complete statement refuting his involvement in this unbelievable hate crime hoax. We must hold Mobolade accountable and continue to ask the uncomfortable questions, which the media is refusing to do.

Since Anschutz has been effectively bought by the left, The Gazette ran cover for Yemi, claiming the Daily Wire is not a credible source. Every Mobolade supporter in the State is silent on this scandal, including Sallie Clark, Larry Yonker, and a host of other leaders who sold out to the DEI agenda. Where are these progressive-supporting Republicans now? They’re in hiding, silent on the progressive Mayor who got into bed with political terrorists and murderers who literally started fires to sway an election.

To email the entire Colorado Springs City Council, click here; and let them know you want Yemi to answer for the hate crime hoax used to get him elected. You can also call the Mayor’s office and City Council; let them know that racism won’t stand, and Yemi must resign. The phone number to call the office is 719-385-5986, and the email address for the entire Council is  [email protected]

When President Trump takes over the Oval Office, we will be calling on the new AG Pam Bondi to immediately investigate who made the decision not to charge Mobolade. Then, we must immediately charge Mobolade for this hate crime hoax, assuming he is implicated as per the FBI official who spoke to the Daily Wire and the multiple witness accounts of Yemi’s involvement. Colorado Springs will see justice and a Mayor who actually cares about the people.

Mobolade has also made it onto the major local elected recall list for 2025, so please respond to this email if you’d like to get involved with that effort. Yemi Mobolade must resign as Mayor of Colorado Springs. For more on the Yemi Mobolade story and its implications, please reference District Attorney George Brauchler’s op-ed or Free State Colorado’s podcast. For more files on Yemi Mobolade, you can also reference this Google drive. Please call and email the City Council until Mobolade is no longer Mayor.

Sincere thanks to Councilman Dave Donnelson and Commissioner Longinos Gonzalez of Colorado Springs, and DA George Brauchler, the only elected officials in Colorado with the courage and strength to stand against DEI and continue asking Mobolade questions and speaking to the media about this hoax.

GOP Office Christmas Open House & Other Christmas Parties

We are continuing our weekly Christmas Open House.
Our last open house for the season is tomorrow- Wednesday, December 4th.

If you can help, we are also collecting toys for Toys for Tots. Please consider bringing a wrapped gift, but no obligation.

Drop by the office at 5950 S Willow Dr, Greenwood Village, CO, for hot cider, Christmas treats, and more.

This is a great time to meet Tom, our accountant, and Greg, our Assistant Accountant, if you have not already met them. My kids and I will be there this Wednesday for the final open house, and we cannot wait to see you!

We have plenty of exciting news to share with you over the coming weeks.

The Colorado GOP also donated an awesome Trump Fight portrait to the Colorado Hispanic Republicans for their December 5th Christmas Party. Check out that auction prize below, and don’t forget to buy your ticket to support the CO Hispanic Republicans. We will send out another email this week with all of the Christmas parties across Colorado.

For those with questions about Inauguration, please note that the demand for tickets is obviously way greater than the supply. The RNC is currently working to determine how many tickets will be allocated to each state aside from the congressional allocations. Reaching out to your congressperson is for now the best pathway to attending Inauguration.
Merry Christmas, and thank you for all you do.

Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. We hope everyone has a safe and warm holiday season.
