The goal of the shutdown was to prevent our hospitals from being overwhelmed, but "flatten the curve" has become "find a cure" and two weeks has become two months.

The goalposts just keep moving.

Now that the infection rate is falling and it's clear that our health care system is nowhere near being overwhelmed, it's time to open America.

Please join us in calling on national, state, and local leaders to give Americans their freedoms back.

The lockdowns have destroyed millions of jobs, cost trillions of dollars, undermined our civil liberties, and caused many unrelated deaths due to denied medical care.

And we all know that the longer America is shut down, the worse these problems will become.

While some people may not feel comfortable going outside of their homes, we shouldn't force that restriction on millions of other Americans who need to work or seek important medical care.

Americans should be free to make their own decisions regarding their safety, but that won't happen unless we speak out and send our leaders a message.

Liberals love lockdowns because they lead to more government power and more government dependency, but that's not the American way and that's not a "new normal" that any of us should ever accept.

We can open up and protect our health at the same time.
