Dear John,
This Giving Tuesday, you have the opportunity to join a global community of passionate individuals in creating lasting change. As an organization, we often look ahead, strategizing for the future (after all, there’s a lot of work to do to ensure global gender equality), but today we want to celebrate some of our successes ([link removed]) .
Equality Now has had an exciting year. We helped uphold a ban against female genital mutilation in The Gambia. We launched a new coalition in South Asia to address sexual violence against women and girls living in the region. We played a key role in driving advocacy efforts for the approval of the law that bans child marriage without exception in Colombia, coordinating with local and international organizations, providing legal input, and highlighting the country's international commitments to protect girls and adolescents. And that’s not even half of it.

Our efforts transform lives and will positively impact generations to come – and we couldn’t do any of this work without you. ([link removed]) Please make your Giving Tuesday gift today and help us maintain momentum in 2025 and accomplish even more in the name of gender equality. Thanks to a generous match provided by our partner InMaat Foundation, gifts will be doubled up to a total of $50,000 through the end of the year.
In solidarity,
S. Mona Sinha
Global Executive Director
P.S. Please take advantage of our year-end match opportunity and join our efforts with a gift today. Together, we can create a just world rooted in legal equality and human rights. ([link removed])
